The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act Asset Transfer Requests

For the period 1 April 2021 to 31 November 2025

Under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, West College Scotland is required to publish a register of all requests to transfer our interest in land or property which we own or lease. We confirm that during the period 1 April 2021 to 31 November 2025, there have been no Asset Transfer Requests submitted to West College Scotland.
