This course will give you the opportunity to develop a variety of skills within the electronic music and DJ industries using our state of the art DJ and production facilities

What qualifications do I need?
You don't need any formal qualifications, however, any qualifications you have will be discussed at your interview and any you hold at SCQF level 5 or above will greatly enhance your chances of being accepted on to the course. We are looking for a genuine interest in music production. For a place on the course you'll need to attend an interview. The interview will be most important, where you must show you have a passion for electronic music production, Dj’ing and for learning.
What can I do after?
After successfully completing this course you'll have the skills needed to get an entry level role or work self-employed in the music industry as a DJ or music producer. It is also possible to enrol on to our advanced DJ course for another year, or go on to study

This course can be taken either full time or part time – there are many flexible options available to you as to when and how long you can take to complete this course. This can all be discussed with you at interview.
