What will I learn?

This course is designed for musicians who wish to develop their instrumental technique, live performance and basic music theory skills, in order to progress to a higher level course.
Students will get to experience the excellent studio complex in Greenock or our new state of the art studio in Paisley, as well using the premier rehearsal facility in Scotland, Berkeley Studios in Glasgow. We put on a number of events in venues such as St Luke’s in Glasgow and the Beacon arts Centre.
What qualifications do I need?
We generally look for at least Music and English at National 5 level, but a successful audition and interview will determine whether you will be offered a place on the course.
What can I do after?
After successfully completing this course you'll have the skills needed to get an entry level role in the music industry, for example as a musician, or in promotion, management, production or distribution.
