What will I learn?

Would you love an exciting career in the Hair, Beauty and Makeup industry but don’t know where to start?

The Begin Course which promises to give you the perfect introduction to this fabulous industry. On completion of the 16-week taster, you will have an idea of what it’s like to work as a Hairdresser, Beauty Therapist or Make Up Artist, helping you decide which path is right for you.

The course also acts as the perfect foundation for your future career, by giving you the basics in all 3 skillsets. Gaining this introductory qualification will allow you to progress to any of our full-time courses, taking your first steps into an exciting future.

You will have the opportunity to develop your creativity within this Creative Industry and will have the chance to participate in Promotional Activities which will help develop skills for employment.

What qualifications do I need?

You will not need formal qualifications however a keen interest in the Hair, Beauty and Make-up Industry is essential.

To apply for this course submit an application completing all sections including Personal statement in full.

This course requires all applicants to be 16+ years

What can I do after?

Further progression on to August start Hairdressing, Beauty or Make-up Full-time courses.
