Overview
Are you considering becoming a mentor? This 1-day course focuses on Mentoring as a relationship between two people with the goal of professional development. The "mentor" shares knowledge, experience and advice with a "mentee." Often used in the same breath as 'coaching', we'll look at what makes them different.
